Review of New Teacher Placement Results

Attention to candidates who pass the interview to be appointed as Directorate General Education Services Officer 9, and can review the placements announced by the Ministry of Education and Culture starting November 10, 2025.

The self-reporting date is November 17, 2025. You can check it via the eGraduan portal via https://egraduan.moe.gov.my.

What is eGraduan KPM?

e-Graduan is a new module for the School Management System (SPS), Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) under Teacher Management.

This module was developed by the Information Management Division (BPM), KPM and supervised by the Human Resources Management Division (BPSM), Daily School Management Division (BPSH), and KPM Education Operations Division (SOP).

This module involves the recruitment and placement process of new teachers which involves the collaboration of several public sector institutions such as the Ministry of Education, Teacher Services Commission (SPP), JobsMalaysia, Institute of Teacher Education (IPG), and State Universities (UA).

Placement checks can be done via https://egraduan.moe.gov.my.

User Categories

The main target users of this module are graduates and system administrators.

The details are as follows:

1. Passed
   • Only graduates who have been CERTIFIED by the Education Commission of Malaysia (SPP) are allowed to register for this module, and;
   • Graduates registered on the KPM Portal and e-Graduan HEBAHAN can only register in this module at the specified time to check and update the required information, as well as check placement.
2. System administrator
   • Only system administrators who have been appointed by KPM are allowed to use this module in accordance with the assigned roles.

• The e-Graduan home page displays some important information such as Announcements, Login, Help, Error Display, Copyright and Disclaimer. Users can get the latest information from the announcement column and e-Graduan login by entering LoginID, Password and Number. KP Registered.
• The display of an error message is intended to inform the user of any details
  entered in Login is incorrect.
• The assistance provided at e-Graduan is related to forgotten passwords, changes
  password, and user registration.
• General user guide is provided in .pdf format

How to Register Users

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Register New User menu to start registration.
3. Fill in all personal information carefully so that there are no problems when logging into the system.
4. Make the password, security question and answer easy to remember because they will be needed if you want to change the password.
5. Check that all information has been filled in correctly before continuing.
6. Click the SAVE button to complete the registration process.
7. Next, users can go directly to the LOG IN column to use the system.
8. Registration details will be sent to the registered email address.

How to Login to KPM eGraduan

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Login menu on the portal Home Page.
3. Enter the User ID, Password and Resident Identification Card Number (KP Number) as registered.
4. Make sure all details are entered accurately to avoid errors when logging in.
5. If the information entered is incorrect, the system will display the message “WRONG LOGIN INFORMATION”.
6. Once the information is confirmed to be correct, click the Login button to access the eGraduan KPM system.

Login By Role

A. Graduate

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Login menu and select the role as Graduate.
3. Enter User ID, Password and Identity Card Number (KP No.) accurately.
4. After successful login, the user name and number will appear on the display. KP Registered.
5. Several tabs are available to review and update personal information.
6. Click the “Download User Guide” link to get a guide to using the system.
7. The “Check Placement” tab will appear when the announcement is made on the KPM Portal and e-Graduan so that graduates can check the placement results.

B. System Administrator

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Login menu and select the role as System Administrator.
3. Enter User ID, Password and Identity Card Number (KP No.) accurately.
4. After successfully logging in, the user name and Registered KP Number will appear on the display.
5. On the left side of the screen, there are several menus that can be selected according to the user’s roles and responsibilities.

Placement Check

The results of teacher placement offers can be checked via the KPM e-Graduan portal on the link

The Placement Review tab will be displayed after the announcement regarding the review is made on the KPM Portal and e-Graduan.

Candidates are reminded to download and complete the Acceptance Package form on the SPP Portal ( ) for the purpose of confirming your appointment within 30 days from the date of reporting through the Head of Department to the Education Services Commission (SPP).

How to Reset Password

A. How to Recover Password (Forgot Password)

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the “Forgot Password” link on the e-Graduan Home Page.
3. Enter the Population Identification Card Number (KP Number) in the space provided.
4. Follow the next instructions to retrieve the password via registered email.
5. Re-login to the system using the new password you received.

B. How to Change Password (Change New Password)

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Select the “Change Password” link on the e-Graduan Home Page.
3. Fill in all required fields such as User ID, KP Number, Old Password, New Password, Security Questions and Answers.
4. Make sure the information and answers to security questions are the same as during user registration.
5. Click the Save/Send button to confirm and change the new password.
