Advertisement Offer to Become a Volunteer Supervisor for the 2025/2026 STPM Exam
The Malaysian Examinations Council (MPM) is now opening opportunities for individual Malaysian citizens to take part in the STPM exam supervisor volunteer program for the 2025/2026 session.
This program not only opens up opportunities for students, retirees and non-government workers to fill their free time with productive activities, but also provides valuable experience and daily allowances during their work period.

Qualification
This offer is open to:
- Government Pensioners (Education Service Officer Scheme)
- Member of the Implementation Group (AKP)/Government Contract Worker
Non-Government Employees/Government Pensioners/Private Pensioners - State University Students (IPTA), Private Universities (IPTS), Teacher Education Institutions (IPG), IPTA/IPTS/Foundation/Matriculation Graduates
- State Religious High School (SMA) Teacher/Private School/Mahara Science Primary School (MRSM)
Conditions of Appointment
In addition, to ensure that prospective supervisors can carry out their duties well, MPM determines a number of basic qualification requirements that must be met. In general, candidates should:
- Malaysian citizens with a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum of 65 years.
- Not taking exams while serving as a supervisor.
- Have at least SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Able to give full commitment and able to follow instructions.
- The body is healthy and there are no chronic diseases.
- For retirees, priority is given to those who receive health assurance from Medical Officers.
- Have no criminal or disciplinary record.
- Neat character, disciplined and highly ethical.
- Priority is given to those who can afford it, have a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle.
- The appointment of the exam officer is only as exam supervisor, and;
- Appointment is subject to vacancies and approval is the absolute right of the MPM.
Candidates who have previous experience as an exam proctor at any institution are highly encouraged to apply, however experience is not a mandatory requirement.

Open Enrollment Period
Registration to become a volunteer supervisor for the 2025/2026 STPM exam is open starting from October 15 to December 15, 2025.
Assignment Date and Time
The 2025/2026 STPM exam supervisor volunteer assignment date and time is scheduled to start at January 20, 2026 to February 26, 2026 according to the official exam schedule set by the Malaysian Examinations Council.
During this period, volunteers will carry out the task of controlling and monitoring the STPM exam at the designated location.

STPM 2025/2026 Exam Supervisor General Questions
The STPM exam supervisor will be on duty from 20 January to 26 February 2026 according to the official 2025/2026 STPM exam schedule issued by the Malaysian Examinations Agency.

The main duties include supervising the examination in the hall, distributing examination materials, collecting answer sheets, controlling the movement of candidates during the examination, and assisting the chief supervisor in carrying out his duties.
Successful applicants will be contacted by email or telephone within a certain time period. Applicants who do not receive a response after one month from the application closing date are considered unsuccessful.
Yes, allowances are paid based on the number of days served and payment will be made after the exam period ends. This also includes travel allowance and daily allowance as per current rates.
The assignment location will be at the exam location determined by the exam board in each state, including exam centers throughout Malaysia.
Yes, as long as you are 18 years or older and meet other criteria such as being physically healthy, having no criminal record, and being able to carry out your duties well, you are entitled to apply.
