How to buy gasoline buni95 at Shell oil station

There are 3 main ways that you can use to buy subsidized gasoline Buda95 at Shell Oli Station.

Continue to pay in PAM (self-service in PAM)

This is the easiest and fastest way because you don’t have to go to the counter.

1. Make sure you have been approved worthy of receiving Budi95 subsidies at www.budimadani.gov.my.
2. Enter the Bank KAD (Debit/Credit) in the PAM Terminal and select the full amount or contents.
3. Next, enter your mykad into the slot to confirm the subsidy.
4. Wait for the system to confirm the feasibility:
   • If you meet the requirements, subsidized prices will be used automatically.
   • If it does not meet the requirements, filling will be carried out at normal market prices.
5. Pam Petrol as usual and save resit as proof of transaction.

Pay at the counter (Mykad Terminal)

If you are more comfortable dealing with the cashier, you can use this method.

1. Send your mykad at the counter for subsidy feasibility review.
2. The cashier will tell if you are entitled to receive subsidies.
3. Tell the pump number and the number of gasoline purchases you want.
4. Make payments at the counter using cash, debit/credit cards, or ewallet.
5. When finished, return to Pam and fill in the oil as usual.
6. Save receipts for references.

Pay using the Shell App / Ewallet application

Some Shell stations that support digital payments allow you to make up for subsidies through the application.

1. Open the Shell application or the Ewallet application that supports Budi95.
2. Select the “Buy Petrol” / “Fuel Purchase” menu.
3. Choose the location of the shell station, pump number, and the amount of oil you want to fill.
4. Make sure your mykad is connected or will be used in the pump.
5. Confirm payment in the application.
6. Go to the pump, enter mykad to confirm the subsidy, then the pump as usual.
7. Resit will be stored in an application or printed in PAM.
