About the Selangor State School Assistance Program

The Selangor State School Assistance Program is an initiative under Iltizam Selangor Penyayang to empower welfare and education facilities in the State of Selangor.

The main objective of this program is to improve school infrastructure to provide a safe and conducive teaching and learning environment for teachers and students.

This is important to ensure teachers and students are able to carry out Teaching and Learning (P&L) sessions which can ultimately help students excel at school.

Application Date

Applications for this program are open now April 15, 2026 to May 15, 2026.

Application Criteria

The application criteria for this program are as follows:

  • Its implementation must be specifically aimed at repairing or improving school infrastructure and learning facilities only.
  • Its implementation must be in line with the program objectives, namely improving the quality of school physical facilities.
  • Its implementation must contribute to creating a conducive and safe learning environment for teachers and students.
  • The priority application criteria for the National School, National High School and People’s Religious School categories are as follows:
    – National Schools and National High Schools: Improve sports facilities or school rooms.
    – People’s Religious School: Repairing learning facilities, classrooms and painting dilapidated school buildings.
  • Applications must be in accordance with the objectives of the Iltizam Selangor Penyayang initiative in empowering welfare and educational facilities.

Application Terms

The application conditions for applying for this assistance program are as follows:

  1. Registration is open to schools in the state of Selangor and must be registered with the Selangor State Education Department (JPNS) or Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) only.
  2. Applications for the Selangor State School Assistance Program must aim to repair/improve school infrastructure and learning facilities only.
  3. Applications must be made by the school, the Parents and Teachers Association (PIBG) or the School Management Body (LPS).
  4. Each school is only allowed to send 1 (one) application to 1 (one) recipient account.
  5. The application must be accompanied by a Bill of Quantities (BQ) document prepared only by a certified contractor.
  6. Only schools that have submitted a complete 2025 School Aid project report will have their applications processed and considered.
  7. Applications that do not meet the requirements or are NOT accompanied by complete documents will not be considered.

Application Procedure

To apply, please follow the application procedure as follows:

  • Applications can be submitted online via the website
  • The application must be made by the school through the Parents and Teachers Association (PIBG)/School Management Body (LPS).
  • Each school needs to apply for a User ID first before registering.
  • The information filled in by the applicant must be accurate and correct.
  • Applications must be submitted by attaching the following documents in PDF format only, namely:
    1. School Administrative Structure
    – Current school organizational chart (must include individual’s full name and position)
    2. Name the Price
    – Bill Of Quantities (BQ) is prepared by certified contractors appointed by the school only.
    – Need to include contactor company letterhead and offer stamp
    3. Photos of damage to buildings/equipment
    – Attach a compilation of images of the damage to be repaired in one pdf document
    4. Photocopy of School Electricity/Water/Telephone Bill
    – The copy of the bill must be in the name of the school only
    – If the bill is not in the name of the school, you need to attach a statement letter from the school and state the reason why the bill is not in the name of the school.
    5. Front Page Copy
    – Final Bank The bank attached must be in the name of the School/PTA/School Governing Body only.
    – If the bank attached is not in the name of the School/PIBG/School Management Body, attach a statement letter from the school and state the reason.
    – Need to clearly display the bank name, bank account name and bank account number.
    6. Copy of Appointment Letter/Minutes of the Appointment Meeting of the School Management Board/School PIBG
    – Attach a letter of appointment as chairman of the PIBG/chairman of the School Management Board
    – Must attach a Selangor State Islamic Religious School Registration Certificate which is still valid for the People’s Religious School category only
