KUAT 2025: Rahmah Stage Cash Assistance Payment 4 will be carried out from 18 October 2025. The Single Category will receive a payment of RM150 for Phase 4. Status review can be done via

Phase 4 Stretch payments will be made to old recipients and new recipients registered in the Stroke Database via Crucy to bank accounts or distributed in cash via Bank Tabungan Negara (BSN) in stages according to their respective eligibility categories.

If the applicant’s name is not in the STR Database, they must make an application to activate the verification process according to the STRO Eligibility category.

Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR)

STR is an initiative with an umbrella concept that aims to help underprivileged people face life’s challenges.

For 2024, Prime Minister DS Anwar Ibrahim announced that the allocation for Strly will be increased by RM2 billion to RM10 billion compared to only RM8 billion in 2023.

Additionally, a new category of poor and very poor households based on EKasih data will receive a maximum contribution of RM3700 per year starting January 2024.

This amount increases slightly to the RM3100 given in 2023.

Strol Single Eligibility Requirements

Single Applicants are eligible to receive STR if they meet the following qualification categories:

Single or single parents/widows/widows who do not have eligible children; And:

• Age limit 21-59 years; And
• Persons with Disabilities (Disabled) Age 19 years and over; And
• Not a full-time IPTA/IPTS student; And
• Single income is RM2,500 and below.

Note: A single individual aged 21 years and over including people with disabilities aged 19 years and over which still is study full time In state/private universities it is only permitted to include information about children/depending on household and application Not allowed to apply as a single individual.

Use:

The additional RM600 Stretch rate is dedicated to household recipients who have been identified in the extreme poor category. Eligibility for this additional rate is limited to:

• Recipient households listed as poor in Easih data records; And
• Must have a household income not exceeding RM1,169 PGK poor based on revenue agency cross-check
• Donations will be distributed in the form of food baskets and basic food vouchers worth RM100 for 6 months.

2025 Single String

Proud to know that in 2025, the government allocated the highest increase in Rahmah Tunai (ST) contributions and basic Rahmah (Sara) contributions.

This update involves funding of RM 13 billion compared to the previous RM 10 billion and will benefit 9 million recipients or 60 percent of the country’s adult population.

There is no exception for those with bachelor status to enjoy increased donations.

For your information, starting in 2024 stroller recipients who meet the requirements will also receive Rahmah (Sara) Basic Contribution.

2025 Pay Rates for Single Categories

Based on the 2025 APBN presentation, the new tariff allocated for the single category is RM600 For each individual depending on the eligibility of payment on the approved application.

Payment will be made in 4 stages.

In addition, the Basic Rahmah Contribution (SARA) assistance will be credited to MyKad recipients starting April 2025.

String Phase 4 (Single Category)

The Ministry of Finance has announced that Rahmah’s Phase 4 cash donations will be credited October 18, 2025 To help people deal with the rising cost of living and in connection with Deepavali.

The payment amount is as follows:

1. Single/unpartnered citizen category

a) Single Income ≤ RM2,500

(Age 21 – 59 years / disabled 19 – 59 years)

• Maximum qualifications: RM600
• Payment Schedule:
  • Phase 1: RM150
  • Phase 2: RM150
  • Phase 3: RM150
  • Phase 4: RM150

b) Income of Residents No spouse ≤ RM5,000

(≥ ≥ 60 years old)

• Maximum qualifications: RM600
• Payment Schedule:
  • Phase 1: RM150
  • Phase 2: RM150
  • Phase 3: RM150
  • Phase 4: RM150

Crucy is made in stages to eligible recipients. The payment method that will be accepted is the same as before, via bank account or cash.

Phase 4 Payment Date

Strol Stage 4 payments will be distributed starting October 18 2025 in stages. This information was announced through the 2026 budget, October 10, 2025.

2. Login using the registered MyKad Number and Password
3. Press the button ‘App Review’
4. Your approval status will be displayed as in the attachment below.

How to Register for Stroll Street 2025

New registrations and updates on Rahmah Cash (ST) donations have closed since September 30 2025.

New and updated applications for the 2026 session are expected to open after the 2026 budget presentation concludes.

You can refer to how to apply for Strolls below:

1. Explore the official STR portal:
2. Click the “New Application” menu in MyStr
3. Fill in personal information such as mykad number, address, telephone number, monthly income and marital status
4. Upload supporting documents (e.g. pay slip/income confirmation) if requested
5. Submit application and save reference number for future status check

The new Strong Strong Application Guide will be updated over time in detail once the application reopens for 2026.

Forgot Password Str

Forgotten Strong Passwords can be set online via the Official Rahmah Cash Contribution Portal with the following simple steps:

1. Visit the website and click “Login”.
2. Select the “Forgot Password” link.
3. Enter mykad number (12 digits) and click “Check”.
4. Enter the email address registered when submitting the STR, then click “Next”.
5. A temporary password will be sent to the registered email. Check your email and copy the temporary password.
6. MyStr portal re-login using temporary password.
7. Create a new password and confirm the password, then click “Change Password”.

Optional if no registered email

• Applicants must answer three pre-registered security questions.
• If it fails after three tries, STR is blocked and can only try again after 24 hours.
