About Huffaz Funding Scheme (SPH)
The Huffaz Funding Scheme (SPH) is a scholarship given to hafiz students who have a government-recognized tahfiz diploma/certificate to continue their studies at a higher level at universities in the country and abroad.
This scholarship is a government initiative to recognize and appreciate students’ efforts in memorizing the Al-Quran.
Hafiz students who are successful in the interview session are entitled to be given funds to continue their studies at bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral level in various fields at domestic state universities and at First Degree level at foreign universities (Egypt, Jordan and Indonesia).
This scholarship is given to 30 Hafiz Juzuk Al-Quran students who are continuing their studies at any state university in various fields and with agreed conditions as well as students who are continuing their studies at PPT under JAKIM.
Apart from that, Student Pocket Money Allowance (EWS) is given to students who continue their studies at Organizing Universities (PPT) under JAKIM, namely Darul Quran, IPDAS and IKMAS.

The application conditions for applying for this scheme are as follows:
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants who wish to apply for SPH must meet the following conditions:
- Do not receive any sponsorship or scholarship from any agency.
- Malaysian citizen
Minimum age of 18 years and no more than 25 years for Bachelor’s level and no more than 35 years for Advanced Bachelor’s level. - The loan recipient (PTPTN/other agency) has the right to submit an application, but must terminate the loan if SPH is offered.
- Have received an admission offer letter from any University;
- The remainder of a student’s studies is at least two semesters or one year from graduation.
- Students studying full-time in semester 2 and above are eligible to apply.
- Fulfill academic requirements as provided.

- Students who are taking courses at the matriculation level / Science Foundation / Pre-University / Foundation / Tahfiz al-Quran / Language Center.
- Students who are taking part in the Distance Learning program.
- Government employees.
- Candidates who have received sponsorship/scholarships from any sponsor.
- Beneficiaries who have received SPH and whose sponsorship has been terminated.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
