Assessment Results Review System – How to Check PBD Reporting

The Assessment Results Review System is the official platform of the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) that allows parents and guardians to review and download students’ Class Assessment reports (PBD) online for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The review can be done easily via the official link within the specified time period.

Introduction to the Assessment Decision Review System (SSKP)

The Assessment Results Review System (SSKP) is an online system that allows parents or guardians to obtain student Class Assessment Reports (PBD) at the end of the 2025/2026 academic year.

This system was developed to support the digitalization of education and increase the efficiency of delivering assessment information to parents.

Implementing the Assessment Decision Review System (SSKP) provides various benefits, including:

• Makes it easier for parents to check their child’s learning performance quickly
• Reduce reliance on physical documents
• Supporting digital education systems is in line with the Education Reform agenda
• Ensure data security through access controls and passwords

SSKP Access Period

Parents and guardians can only access SSKP during the specified period, namely:

• 22 December 2025 (Monday), 10.00 to 28 December 2025 (Sunday), 23.59

Important: Access to SSKP is not permitted after the specified closing date.

How to Access the Assessment Decision Review System (SSKP)

Parents and guardians can follow these steps to access this system:

2. Entering parent/guardian identification number as well as Student ID Number to access the system.
3. After successful verification, press OKAY to open the file PBD reporting PDF.
4. Entering PDF passwordThat parent/guardian identification number.
5. Download and save the generated PBD reporting for reference.

Reporting Format:

• PBD reporting is available in PDF format
• PDF files are password protected to ensure the security and confidentiality of student data
• The PDF password is the ID number of the registered parent/guardian

Important Things to Pay Attention to

• Parents or guardians must use the identity number registered in the Public Management Module under the Ministry of Education Integrated System (MOEIS).
• Ensure parent/guardian and student identification information is accurate and valid to avoid access failures.
• PBD reporting must be downloaded and saved within the specified access period.
