New applications and applications for Johor Love Assistance (BKJ) Phase 4 are now open July 1 to July 14, 2026 via the official website Johor Love Aid 2026.
For Johor residents who have never or were unsuccessful in their previous application, they can submit a new application and submit an appeal to BKJ 2026. for review.

New Requests & Appeals for BKJ 2026
The BKJ Appeal 2026 (Johor Love Aid Appeal) is a re-application stage opened by the Johor State Government to help people who were not registered to receive financial assistance in the previous Stage 4.
Meanwhile, new registrations are open for Johor citizens who have not yet submitted an application.
This initiative, which comes under the Johor Budget’s welfare agenda, functions as a social safety net to ensure that one-time cash transfers are distributed fairly to target groups who are truly in need.
Through this data review process, applicants who experience changes in economic status, document errors, or miss the physical submission date have the opportunity to update their personal profiles for re-evaluation.
2026 BKJ New Application & Appeal Date Opens July 1
The 2026 BKJ appeal date is open July 1, 2026 to July 14, 2026 (2 weeks).
This date is actually a new date that was changed from the original date (which was supposed to start on June 1) to make way for an extension of the Phase 4 physical aid delivery period which is scheduled to be completed on June 28 2026.

Who Can Make New Applications and Applications?
All individual Malaysian citizens (Johor Nation/voters in Johor) who do not receive or are not registered as recipients of the existing tranche have the right to submit a new application or appeal.

How to Create a New Application and Appeal BKJ 2026
Submitting an appeal for BKJ 2026 can be done via the official Johor 2026 Assistance Assistance website. To submit an appeal for BKJ 2026, you can see the method shared below:
New Appeals and Petitions
- Visit the official Johor 2026 Love Aid website.
- Enter the identity card number to check the status first.
- If after checking and displaying your status you are not registered to receive BKJ 2026. You can continue by clicking “Application“.
- Select the aid category you wish to apply for & tick the small box to proceed with the application. Click “Continue“
- Upload photos of the front and back of your KTP.
- Then, fill in the required information and click “Send”.
Elderly, Persons with Disabilities (OKU), Sufferers or Special Needs
- Visit the official Johor 2026 Love Aid website.
- Check the status first. Enter the ID card number and click “Check”.
- For eligible recipients who come from the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities (OKU), Patients or Special Needs, you can press the button “I am an invalid recipient/OKU“.
- Fill in the latest information such as address and telephone number.
- Then, click “Send”.

Helping Method
Assistance will be distributed in cash to eligible recipients. The recipient will receive an SMS notification or will be contacted by the relevant agency regarding the date, time and location of delivery.

No need. The Johor State Government has provided a special link “I am a disability recipient/OKU” in the system. If sick, representatives are allowed to take help provided they bring documents such as a representative letter, a photocopy of the recipient’s identity card, and a confirmation letter from the village head or officials.
Applicants must a native of Johor or have resided in Johor, and meet the specified household income requirements.
You only need the applicant’s 12-digit ID card number without the hyphen (-) to check Assistance Kasih Johor and upload photos of the front and back of the ID card.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
