What is INSPEN?
National Study Institute (INSPEN) are the training institutions below Department of Property Valuation and Services (JPPH), Ministry of Finance which was founded in 1985.
Initially, INSPEN was created to train government officials in the field of property appraisal. Now, this institution also offers educational programs to people who want to build a professional career in the real estate industry.
This field is also a profession regulated by Council of Appraisers, Appraisers, Real Estate Agents and Property Managers (LPEPH) under the Ministry of Finance.
