MADANI 2026 Book Voucher is an initiative introduced by the MADANI Government to help students obtain reading materials and reference books for learning purposes.
This program also aims to improve the reading culture among the younger generation and support the growth of the country’s book industry.
According to him, this initiative is part of the government’s ongoing commitment to support students’ learning needs, ease their financial burden and ensure that education and access to books continue to be prioritized.
The MADANI 2026 Book Voucher Program this time offers the same voucher value, namely RM100 for each exchange.
The date this voucher can be exchanged starts from July 2026.
MADANI Book Voucher 2026 is an initiative of the MADANI Government through the Ministry of Education which provides book e-vouchers worth RM100 to high school students under the Ministry of Education and Culture who meet the requirements for purchasing reading materials through the Buku Capital platform.
This program aims to:
– Expanding access to quality reading materials;
– Foster a culture of reading and lifelong learning;
– Support the development of knowledgeable human resources;
– Strengthening the local book industry through digitizing the book ecosystem.
A total of 2,039,257 secondary school students under the Ministry of Education are expected to receive 2026 MADANI Book Vouchers.
Each recipient will receive a book e-voucher worth RM100.
The start date for giving out 2026 MADANI Book Vouchers is July 1 2026 depending on the official announcement from the Ministry of Education.

Recipients must purchase a minimum of 1 (one) book from the “Special Title of MADANI 2026 Book Voucher” category which includes the fields of National Literary Works, World Works, Literary Award Winners, History, Philosophy, Economics, Geopolitics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Technology, Information Technology, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) which are approved by the Evaluation Committee.
After that, the remaining voucher can be used to purchase other books available on the Book Capital platform which offers more than 950,000 book titles covering various categories and reading genres.
Special Titles are book categories that have been screened and approved by the Evaluation Committee to support the wishes of Prime Minister YAB, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim during the announcement of the 2026 MADANI Book Vouchers at the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair (PBAKL) on 29 May 2026, which emphasized the importance of reading knowledgeable and quality material.

This category was created to encourage reading that can expand knowledge, build critical thinking and strengthen the value and culture of knowledge among students.
Yes. Students are required to purchase at least one (1) Special Title before using the remaining voucher to purchase another book.
No. Vouchers can only be used once (one time purchase). All books to be purchased must be included in one transaction.
No. Voucher balances that are not used in transactions will be forfeited.
Yes. Students can make additional payments using the payment methods provided.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history.
