What is Federal Training Prize (HLP KPM 2025)?

In short, this is a study scholarship for scholars and phd for class 41 and above.

Scholarship and Financing Division, the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) offers a federal training prize sponsor program for educational service officials (PPP) to pursue postgraduate levels in high -learning institutions or abroad or abroad.

Sponsorship or learning facility is also a form of appreciation and recognition for PPP that has performed well and has the potential to contribute new and creative and innovative ideas in the fields needed by MOE

This HLP program is offered to PPPT class 41 and above to continue his undergraduate studies and Ph.D.

For officials under the supporting group, the program offered today is a half -PAY study bid (CBSG) without a scholarship.

Tips for applying for KPM HLP

Here we also describe some useful tips by Teacher Faizal who has shared his success experiences offered by HLP KPM 2021.

Fortunately, I was successfully offered a full study leave with PHD HLP Scholarship KPM in 2021

I share 8 tips for my friends who intend to connect with PhD so that friends who apply for their interviews will be able to pass the correct proposal and also save time.

Tip 1

After applying on the website, make sure the Head of Department (Principal or Principal) is confirmed on the epicular site if there is no user name & password, please contact the BBP KPM Scholarship and Financing Division. They must contact themselves.

* This is very important, because it is the agreement that you have determined that you have been called for an interview if you don’t retire not to call. In addition to minimum conditions to be applied.

Tip 2

Initial preparation for writing a proposal with Smart, I mean smart here to learn from the right person in the field of research.

If you still can’t get an idea, you can join the Workshop on the Postgraduate Workshop Series (MPWS) every weekend by Dr.Huhairy Norhisham.

There are various direct workshops taught by productive lecturers how to find research topics, research problems or gaps, exposure to writing articles has a high impact with the help of the latest techniques and software such as Atlas Ti. Version 9.0, Ref and Write, acquisition of articles through the scihub website, scimago article level status.

After joining this workshop, I continued to change and get a systematic proposal framework. From this workshop I know the great people in the world of scholars who are a little other than honest and helpful like Dr.Hayrol alias Postgraduate Supervisor of Postgraduate who is a joke but inside Experts in SLR and journal writing have a high impact. Tip 5

Meet the supervisor either with a gathering or telephone promise first, email first, if the first dean gives a proposal to submit to the PA, do not be ashamed or scared because they are professional and will respond to your email, always instill in the minds of everyone who ranging from empty but different ways (positive people will replace negative people can easily get sick, people will become neutral).

Ask their opinion what is the right title to do because they have been in the field of study for a long time and continue to continue.

Tip 6

Improve self -competence through the study of action for the benefit of students and organizations, writing practices such as books, EPRD Journal of KPM every year.

Never eliminate negative words from the mouth because that’s what you will do (the power of prayer)

Tip 7

Never give up and always try to repeatedly -I failed to take a Japanese proverb from the book Dr.Huhairy Norhisham “Jinsei Iro Iro Hito Sore Zore” “Nana Korobi yes Oki” down 7 times 8 times.

Tip 8

Always pray after praying because God likes to hear the prayers of his servants. If there are no provisions to correct the weakness that sometimes there are other people seeing mistakes that we consider not to ask about the views of friends who have received other HLP. There must be a way. Okay
