Each transaction needs endorsement through TAC SMS or Myasnb Secure System (Push Authentication & Secure TAC) for additional protection.

How to open an asb/asnb online account

Users can open an ASB account or an online ASNB account through the official Myasnb application without having to attend physical counts.

Initial investment as low as RM10 for all ASNB Trust Unit funds.

To open an ASNB investment account, please refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Load the Myasnb Application on the App Store, Google Play, or App Gallery.

Step 2: Register for a new account

Open the application and select the “New Account Register” option. Enter the following personal information accurately:

• Full name according to mykad
• IC number (mykad/mykid)
• Active cellphone number and on its own name
• Valid email address

Make sure this information is accurate because it will be used for the account verification process via Ekyc and OTP (one -time password).

Step 3: Digital Identity Confirm (Ekyc)

• Use a telephone camera for the front and back of Mykad/Mykid.
• Take selfies (selfies) with sufficient lighting and clear face.
• The system will match your data for identity verification purposes.
• You will receive the OTP code via SMS to verify telephone numbers.

Step 4: Create a user ID and password

After confirming the identity is successful, create a user ID and a strong password. Also choose security questions as an additional step to protect your account.

Step 5: Make an initial investment -up

• Select the ASB funds you want to invest (for example: ASB, ASB2, ASN).
• Create a minimum startup investment as low as RM10 using the FPX (Internet Banking) payment system or other methods provided in the application.

How to Open an ASB Account for Children -Children (2025)

ASB account registration for minors still must be physically in the ASNB branch or through legal agents such as banks (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, BSN, Affin Bank) with complete documents such as MyKID/CAKL BIRTH COMITED and Parent or Father’s Identity Cards.

However, after the child’s account is opened, management and monitoring of children’s accounts can be completed through the Myasnb application by the registered guardian.

One -only the way is:

• Give complete documents: Mykid children, parent or parent identity cards, and maintenance documents if necessary.
• Visit the ASNB Branch or a legal bank agent that offers an ASB account opening service.
• Fill in the Children’s Account Registration Form and create an initial deposit (as low as RM10).
• Children’s account is activated and you can manage your account through Myasnb afterwards.

How to check your child’s asb account online via myasnb

After the child’s account is physically activated, guards can review, manage, and monitor the child’s account through the Myasnb application completely digitally. The following are administrative steps after the account is activated:

1. Get Account Numbers and Children’s Account Information From ASNB after opening a physical account on the table.
2. Register for your own myasnb account (Parent/Guardian/Guardian) If not there.
3. Enter the Myannb application use registered IDs and passwords.
4. Add a child account to myasnb profile As a ‘smart account’ account for monitoring and managed by Guardian.
5. Monitor balances, dividends, and make additional investments to your child’s account through the application without having to go to the counter.
6. Activate Auto-Insert Facilities So that investment to your child’s account automatically every month if needed.
