The results of the appeal of upuonline STPM/Eqivalent for academic sessions 2025/2026 can be reviewed from October 3, 2025 (Friday), 12 T/day to 7 October 2025 (Tuesday), 17:00. Reviews can be done through upuonline (upu.mohe.gov.my) or upupocket application.

Receipt confirmation begins: October 4 to October 7, 2025.

This appeal is for applicants who have not been able to get an initial offer and submit an appeal in September 2025.

For STPM/Graduates who are equivalent to make appeal For academic sessions 2025/2026, the results can be reviewed:

How to review decisions through upuonline

1. Applicants can review through official review links:

How to review upu through the upupocket application

Review of the results of the Upu application can also be done through the Upupocket application.

Upupocket is a mobile application developed by the Student Admissions Management Division, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Malaysian Ministry of Education which aims to help Malaysians, especially applicants and parents obtain services and references in student development in state universities, polytechnics, community universities and public skills training institutions.

Students can review the status of their Upu application online using a smartphone anywhere as long as there is internet access.

Review Upuonline Application Review 2025/2026:

1. Download the Upupocket application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Open the application and enter using the identity card number or information that has been registered during the UPU application.
3. On the main menu, find the “Overview of Results” or “Application Results” option.
4. Enter the identification details such as identification card number and no. turn the number (if necessary).
5. Press the “Check” or “send” button to display the status of the application results.
6. Decisions such as “success”, “unsuccessful”, or “appeal” will be displayed with information and information on institutional offerings (if they meet the requirements).
7. Students can download the offer letter or submit an appeal directly through the application if needed.

Use:

• Make sure the upupocket application has been updated to the latest version to avoid display or access problems.
• A review can be done in accordance with the official date of the announcement by UPU. Further action (verification or appeal) in accordance with instructions in the application.
