Free Registration for MyLesen B2 JPJ (5-7 December 2025)

The JPJ MyLesen B2 Registration Program is now open to all Malaysians who are entitled to get a B2 motorbike license for free. This Government initiative is specifically for the B40 group, students and youth aged 16-35 years.

Quotas are limited to only 5,000 participants, and applicants are invited to register immediately. All training costs, theory classes, practicals and tests are borne by the Government.

JPJ will organize training and exam schedules, while programs are also implemented in educational institutions in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Department of Overseas Education.

This opportunity helps students and youth to legally obtain a B2 license without financial burden.

What is the MyLesen B2 Program

The 2025 MyLicense B2 Program is a government initiative that aims to help recipients or dependents of the B40 group to obtain a Class B2 Malaysian Driving License (LMM) for free.

All costs of this program are fully borne by the government, with predetermined conditions.

This special program is open to Malaysian citizens aged between 16 and 35 years at the time of application. For 2025, its implementation will also be extended to educational institutions, in an effort to make it easier for students and teenagers from underprivileged families to obtain a motorbike driver’s license.

In its implementation, JPJ will arrange training schedules, learning sessions and driving tests, as well as announce the practical test dates to participants.

Each participant is required to complete all training modules and pass the exam according to the specified procedures before a permit can be issued.

Apart from that, JPJ is also collaborating with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to implement this program at the school level, especially to help student motorbike riders obtain B2 permits legally and safely.

1. Malaysian citizen
2. Group B40 and their dependents
3. Don’t have a driving license yet
4. Be at least 16 years old on January 1, 2026
5. Free from PDRM, JPJ and court blacklists
6. Physically and spiritually healthy
7. Priority for JPJ Cadet members, school students and students of educational institutions.

MyLesen B2 Registration Fee

There is no charge whatsoever because training and testing costs are fully funded by the Government.

Other costs such as medical examinations, transportation, accommodation as well as food and drink during the course, training and driving test must be borne by the participant and are not included in the government financing costs package.

Training & Testing Period

Participants must undergo all course modules, training and driving tests according to the time period and procedures determined by JPJ before a Malaysian Driving License (LMM) Class B2 is issued as follows:

LICENSE CLASS: B2

• Theory Course (KPP01) – 6 Hours
• Written Test (KPP01) – 1 Hour
• On Circuit Practical Training (KPP02) – 9.5 Hours
• Practical Training on the Road (KPP03) – 6 Hours
• Pre Test (QTI) – 30 Minutes
• JPJ test

If the participant fails to complete the Program within the specified 3 month period, the participant is excluded from participation in the MyLesen B2 Year Program.
