• Annual contribution – the total amount of contributions recorded in one year, including contributions from employers, independent contributions (employees or self-employed) and additional voluntary contributions.

• Savings fraction – display of savings balances according to EPF accounts, namely Pension Accounts, Prosperity Accounts and Flexible Accounts for members under 55 years, as well as 55 Accounts and Gold Accounts for members aged 55 years and over.

• Production information – includes details of the amount, date and category of withdrawals that have been made, such as withdrawals for education, housing, health, Hajj, retirement at the age of 50, 55 or 60 years, as well as Flexible Account withdrawals if applicable.

• Late adjustments and contributions – displays changes or delays in contribution payments involving employers.

• Effective date of the Sharia Savings option – start date for managing EPF savings and investments in accordance with Sharia principles, which comes into effect on the first day of the month following the election, with a waiting period of seven (7) days.

1. Go to the ‘ tabSavings‘ in the main menu of the application.



2. Press ‘View Details‘ in the account summary section.



3. The account details page will be displayed. Next, press the download icon.



4. Select the reporting year and press the ‘ buttonDownload the statement‘.



5. A statement will be displayed. You can download the statement by pressing the share icon.



Method 3: i-Akaun web portal (Member)

1. Visit the i-Akaun (Member) web portal
2. Entering User ID And passwordn your i-Account, then click ‘Notes Enter Now‘.
3. On the home page, click download icon in the account summary section.
4. Select the reporting year and click ‘Load down‘.
5. A statement will be displayed. Next, click download icon to download the statement to your device.

1. Self-Service Terminal (SST)

Members can scan their MyKad or MyPR and verify their fingerprints on the SST machine to immediately submit a statement.

The statement will be sent directly to the registered email address. Therefore, make sure your email is accurate and still active. If the email information has not been updated, this can be done directly via SST.

2. EPF Office

You can also come to the nearest EPF office to check and get a statement at the service counter. Be sure to bring identification documents for identity verification purposes.

How to Get a Statement More Than 6 Years Old

If you need an EPF certificate for a period of more than six (6) years, the application must be made in person at the nearest EPF office by submitting the following documents:
