Y7 Police Inspector Interview Review

e-PDRM COLLECTION: Interview reviews for the 2025/2026 General Class Y7 (Male/Female) Police Inspector position can be carried out via the PDRM e-Recruitment Portal, starting from 18 December 2025.

For information, applications for this position can usually be made online using the latest website provided by PDRM, namely PDRM E-Recruitment on the date the position is offered.

For users who are applying for the first time via the PDRM e-Recruitment website, you must register as a new user and fill in all the requested information completely and accurately.

Here’s how to log in, check status and register for a Police position online via the website.

1. Click on the button to register.
2. Fill in the user information and click the button Hand it over.
3. Wait and check your email to activate the account.
4. If no email is received, open the e-Recruitment page again, click the link [ Tidak Terima E-mel Pengaktifan ID] for account activation purposes.
5. If you forget your password, click the link [Lupa Kata Laluan].
6. If no email is received for the new Password, click the link [ Tidak Terima E-mel Pemulihan Kata Laluan].

How to Apply for Police Positions Through PDRM e-Recruitment

After registering on the Royal Malaysian Police e-Recruitment portal, please follow these steps to register:

1. Enter ‘User ID’ and ‘Password’;
2. Click the ‘Login’ button;
3. Click on the menu Police Application > New Request
4. Click the ‘Personal Information’ button to update personal, family, academic & co-curricular information.
5. On the Position Application tab, please select the position offered. Click the Save button before the next step.
6. In tab Confessionbe sure to select each applicant’s claim.
7. In tab Confirmationif the form has already been submitted, the applicant cannot renew. Therefore, you need to ensure that all information is complete and accurate.
8. Click the ‘Submit Form’ button.
9. The applicant will receive a notification that the application has been successfully submitted.

If any vacancies are offered, you can check them on the “Advertising” tab of the portal

Check out how to view the list of positions open to apply for by following the steps below:

1. Click on the tab Advertisement to see a list of positions open for application
2. Click on the tab Position Scheme to check the eligibility requirements to apply.
3. In tab Advertisementgreen is a position that is open for registration, red is a position that has not yet been opened.
4. Click on the icon for information.

Interview Call Review Date

A review date for the interview call for the post of Y7 Grade Police Inspector can be made December 18, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

How to Check Interview Calls

All candidates who have taken the SPiER-PDRM Test in September 2025 are required to ‘Log In’ to the PDRM e-Recruitment System to carry out a review.

The review method is as follows:

1. Enter at the link.
2. Click ‘Application Status Check’
3. Click ‘Check’ to know the status of the Oral Interview call.

All candidates who have registered and been summoned must prepare documents as stated in the Oral Interview Invitation Letter.
