The Anti-Repression Law 2026 (Act 876) has officially come into effect in Malaysia along with the launch of the Anti-Repression Court. This regulation introduces a shared responsibility approach, where parents can face legal action or a fine of up to RM250,000 if a child under the age of 18 is found guilty of bullying.
TRIBUNAL FOR ANTIBULI (TAB): EASY, FAST AND NO COST JUSTICE CHANNEL
The Anti-Bullying Court (TAB) was established under the Anti-Bullying Law 2026 [Akta 876] provides a channel for victims of bullying to obtain justice easily, quickly and without cost for incidents of bullying that occurred after March 1 2026. TAB also provides space for victims to obtain appropriate resolution without affecting their right to seek justice through the Criminal Court.
TAB has jurisdiction to hear and decide on complaints regarding bullying behavior that causes physical, psychological or social harm. Victims or eligible guardians can submit complaints to the TAB to obtain a fair resolution as well as orders given under the law to protect the rights and welfare of victims.

In conclusion, this law introduces a more organized approach in dealing with bullying cases, including through the establishment of Anti-Bullying Courts as an alternative channel for victims to obtain faster and free recovery.
Among the important things to pay attention to are:
- Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- For child respondents, the court may order parents or guardians to reimburse the victim for reasonable expenses, pay compensation or restitution, and attend counseling or parenting support sessions.
- Compensation to Victims
- The court can order compensation or damages of up to RM250,000 for loss or damage suffered by the victim in connection with the bullying.
- Online Complaint Portal
- The public can obtain guidance, submit complaints, check the status of complaints and submit defenses through the official portal: tab.bheuu.gov.my

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
