The following is further information regarding the review of the results of the preschool application for the 2027 academic session via the Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM) ePraschool website.
What is KPM Preschool?
KPM preschool is an early childhood education program under the supervision of the Malaysian Ministry of Education which emphasizes comprehensive development from cognitive, emotional, social and physical aspects.
Among the advantages of preschool KPM:
- Very minimal/free fees
- Using the PAUD National Standard Curriculum (KSPK)
- Guided by trained teachers at state elementary schools
In line with current technological developments, KPM has developed the ePreschool application system to make it easier for parents to register their children who will attend Preschool online.
Apart from creating applications, there is several other important information that can be obtained through the ePraschool system function, namely:

How to Review the 2027 KPM PAUD Application Results
Reviewing the results of the KPM PAUD 2027 application can be done in two ways, namely:
- On line (on line): Checks can be carried out no later than August 5 (subject to change).
- Manually through the school requested; Checks can be carried out through applied schools starting August 5 (subject to change).
To check online, log in to the e-Preschool portal and click the button REVIEW to check the results.
For successful applications and who have been offered a place at the preschool you applied for, please print the offer letter.
USE:
Status refers to the status of the application;
- Waiting for Confirmation: Application form printouts and copies of documents have not been sent and received by the preschool/application documents are under review.
- Incomplete: Incomplete applications/documents please refer to email and update relevant information/contact applied school for further information.
- Confirmed: The registration form has been received and copies of documents have been verified by the preschool to be processed and brought to the selection meeting.
- Succeed: Her application was successful and she has been offered a place at an applied preschool. Please print the offer letter.
- Fail: The application is unsuccessful and can be appealed.
Date & How to Make KPM PAUD Appeal 2027
If the application is not accepted, parents/guardians can submit an appeal via the website
The opening date for appeals is: August 5, 2026 to August 20, 2026.
How to Make an Appeal for KPM PAUD (ONLINE)
- Log in to the ePraschool portal.
- Click the menu REVIEW or APPLICATION APPEAL.
- Click APPEAL REQUEST.
- Complete the relevant information and click the button APPEAL.
For parents/guardians who submit an application manually, an appeal can be submitted at applied school or Regional Education Service (PPD)/or State Education Service (JPN) for states without PPD.
Appeal Decision
The results of the appeal can be checked via the initial website September 10 (subject to change).
For manual appeal submissions, a review of the decision can be carried out at the time of filing the appeal. Parents/guardians will also be notified by the relevant school of the success of the appeal.

Selection of PAUD students is carried out by applied schools through PAUD Student Selection Committee Meetings.
Registration is open for Malaysian children in the 4 years (3+), 5 years (4+) and 6 years (5+) groups as follows:
