For applications that do not pass Stage 1, appeals can be made from January 12 to February 13 2026.

For those who have not yet applied, you can submit a new application before February 13th to qualify for STR Phase 2.

In addition, for applications for STR 2026 Stage 1 which have Passed status, Appeal Requests such as changes in marital status, changes in income information and addition of child information can be submitted in the Stage 3 application. February 16, 2026.

Introduction to Rahmah Cash Donations Phase 2

The government led by the Prime Minister had previously implemented aid schemes known as BSH, BKM, BPN, BPR.

However, on January 16 2023, the Prime Minister announced that the name of this assistance would be changed to Mercy Cash Contribution (STR 2025).

The government distributed cash assistance to the B40 group through the Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) program in the amount of up to RM3,100.

STR will help ease the burden of life for 8.7 million beneficiaries with an allocation of nearly RM8 billion.

New Appeal/Application for STR Stage 2

The deadline for new applications and STR appeals for Phase 2 eligibility 2026 is February 13, 2026.

You can submit a new application or submit an appeal online through the MySTR portal until February 13 to qualify for Stage 2.

4. Upload the required supporting documents (PDF/JPEG format) according to the failure reason code displayed.
5. Fill in the form, confirm and send.

As far as the latest official information is concerned, the exact date for payment of STR Phase 2 2026 has not been announced. However, it is estimated that it will only be distributed in April 2026.

Please see CREDIT STATUS. If it says IN PROCESSING CREDIT, it means the cash assistance is in the process of being credited to your account.

Forgot STR Password

For your information, all original BKM information is available on the MYSTR account.

Therefore, to log in to your STR account you must first use the same password as on the BKM Portal.

MySTR Login requires a registered Mykad Number and Password.

Here are the steps you need to take if you have problems forgetting your previous BKM password:

1. Visit the STR website at the link
2. Click “Forgot Password”
3. Enter the 12 digit MyKad number and click “Check”.
4. Enter your registered email & click “Next”.
5. Check whether the security password is correct, then click “Yes”.
6. Answer the security questions provided and click “Next”.
7. Enter a new password and confirm the password. Then, click “Change Password”.
8. You will receive a notification that the applicant ID has been successfully changed.



If you forget your password and fail to answer the security questions (3 attempts are given), MySTR ID will be blocked and allowed to try again after 24 hours.
