The MyB2S 2026 program is a government initiative to help school students obtain B2 motorbike driving licenses legally and for free.
This JPJ and KPM collaboration program targets 60,000 students with an allocation of RM18.5 million to improve road safety and reduce the problem of students driving without a driver’s license.
What is MyB2S
MyB2S or MyLesen B2 School is a special motorbike licensing program that involves school students, especially from the B40 group. Through this program, students have the opportunity to obtain a class B2 motorbike driver’s license for free with the costs borne by the government.
Minister of Transportation Anthony Loke said this program was created following the government’s concerns about the problem of students riding motorbikes without valid driving licenses, especially in rural areas.
According to him, many students use motorbikes to go to school but still do not have a valid driving license due to cost factors and certain obstacles.

The government pays the students’ B2 license fees
Anthony Loke explained that the government will bear the costs incurred by each student involved in the MyB2S program.
He said, if a motorbike driver’s license is obtained independently outside of this program, the costs and time period for obtaining a driver’s license are also higher and must be borne entirely by the parents.
Therefore, the MyB2S program is seen as able to help ease the financial burden on families, especially the B40 group who have children attending school.
MyB2S Road Safety Awareness Level
In addition to helping students obtain valid motorcycle licenses, the MyB2S program also focuses on road safety education.
According to Anthony Loke, this initiative aims to increase the level of competence, awareness and compliance with traffic regulations among the younger generation.
JPJ and KPM hope that students who take part in this program can become more disciplined road users and understand the safety aspects of riding a motorbike.
Motorcycle Accident Statistics Are Increasingly Alarming
Implementation of the MyB2S program is also important because current statistics show that more than 65 percent or around 4,500 deaths due to traffic accidents involve motorbike riders and passengers.
Even more worrying, most of the victims were under 30 years old.
According to Anthony Loke, most accidents occur during peak travel times in the morning and evening when people go to and from work or school.
Statistics show the importance of students having a valid driver’s license and receiving proper training in riding a motorcycle before hitting the road.

Johor Involves 8,200 Students
In Johor alone, a total of 8,200 students have been identified to benefit from the MyB2S program with a total allocation of RM2.46 million.
Of that number, around 1,500 students come from the Johor Jaya area.
Anthony Loke also reminded selected students to attend all learning and training sessions from Part 1 to Part 3 before taking the licensing test.
He said full attendance was very important to ensure the licensing process could be completed perfectly.
MyLesen B2 Program Continues This Year
Apart from MyB2S, the government is also continuing the MyLesen B2 Program which has been introduced since 2023.
For this year, as many as 30,000 participants are expected to receive benefits through this program with an allocation of RM10.5 million.
The program is seen as the government’s ongoing efforts to ensure more Malaysians have valid driving licenses in addition to improving road safety levels.
Launch of JPJ Cadet Module
Previously, Anthony Loke also launched the JPJ Cadet Module Book and the JPJ Cadet Management Book which were developed by the JPJ Road Safety Division (BKJR).
It is hoped that the application of this module can help produce a younger generation who is more sensitive to road safety and foster a culture of careful driving since school.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
