If you plan to continue your studies at Foundation, Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor level for the 2026/2027 Academic Session, the first step you must take is to purchase a UPUOnline Pin Number.

This pin number is important for accessing the UPUOnline application system which is used to register at State Universities (UA), Polytechnics, Community Colleges, and institutions under MARA.

For the convenience of candidates, purchasing Pin Numbers can be done by walk in at the BSN counterthrough BSN ATM machineor by online using myBSN internet banking.

UPUOnline Application Session 2025/2027 SPM & STPM Graduates

UPU 2026 Registration to Enter State Universities (UA), Polytechnics, State Universities (KK) and MARA Division Universities (MARA BPT) 2026/2027 Academic Session will be open on January 29 2026 to March 23 2026 for Application Stage SPM Graduates and First Stage STPM/Equivalent Graduates.

The second phase of the program will be open to STPM/equivalent graduates from April 13 to May 15 2026 for unscheduled programs and/or exams only.

How to Buy UPUOnline Pin 2026 No

UPUOnline Pin Number purchases can be made through the National Savings Bank (BSN) at:

• 387 BSN branch counters
• 843 BSN ATM machines
• myBSN Internet Banking

Purchases can be made from JANUARY 28, 2026 before making an application. BSN will issue a Pin Number along with proof of payment. Applicants must retain payment slips as valid proof of purchase for reference.

The price of the UPUOnline Pin is RM10.60 (including service fee).

METHOD 1: VIA BSN COUNTER

• Applicants can go to any Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) branch with MyKad and money to make the payment.
• A copy of the applicant’s MyKad must be provided when purchasing the UPU ID Unique Pin.

METHOD 2: VIA BSN ATM MACHINE

1. Enter your ATM Card and PIN Number
2. Select Transaction: “Buy Pin”
3. Select Application Type: “IPTA”.
4. Select the program type For example “SPM” or “STPM” or others
5. Enter your Personal Identification Card Number / My Card. “YES” to continue business
6. Check the unique UPU ID Pin purchase information. Click “AGREE” to continue. “CANCEL” to cancel the deal.
7. Receipt printed. Save the printed receipt for future reference.

METHOD 3: VIA INTERNET BANKING (ONLINE BANKING ON myBSN)

Applicants must have a BSN account and BSN ATM card to register for an internet banking account My BSN. After registration is complete, the applicant can purchase a PIN number through the services provided as follows:

1. Log in to your myBSN online banking account.
2. Click “Pin Purchase”.
3. Select Organization “UPU”.
4. Select the “SPM Graduate” or “STPM Graduate/equivalent” program.
